BRiDGES has served Madison County for over 35 years. Over that long history, our staff and organization has not lived in a vacuum. What impacts the lives of those we serve impacts the staff of our agency. The challenges each and every one of you face, are challenges often felt and often shared among us.
As we head into 2025, on behalf of the Board of Directors, the staff and the Executive Director, we thought it was of great importance at this time to remind the community of the values that our team and agency uphold.
As always, we promise to uphold the values of being a place of inclusion for the community to find respect and safety for all people. Our team shall remain the professionals that they are, led by integrity and compassion as we meet people where they are at, accept them for who they are, and get the support they need.

Throughout time, the pendulum of justice has swung back and forth in this country. As it continues to swing, may it rest in a place of balance for all people. As the pendulum swings, wherever it lands, our agency has been here for you, and we will continue to be here for you.
