BRiDGES’ comprehensive EAP Program has existed since 1989. We know that when employees have the emotional support and access to resources that they need, our workforce and community at large benefit. We have over 30 years of experience serving industries in our community including but not limited to non-profits, healthcare, manufacturing, and higher education.

Balancing the demands of work and life can be challenging. Usually, we can handle these challenges on our own. Sometimes, problems can reach a level that can affect our home life, work life, and general sense of wellbeing. Short term support services can cover everything from emotional problems such as stress or grief, to alcohol and drug addiction, family conflict or workplace concerns. There is no issue too small or too big for EAP. If you need longer term support your EAP Professional will refer you to the appropriate local resources. Our services are 100% confidential and 100% free to employees. This means you do not have to worry about copays or privacy when you’re utilizing BRiDGES EAP through your employer.
